PERSONALISED IN STOCK ORDERS

  • Personalised garments that are in stock are dispatched after approximately 10-14 working days. We are a small team, working around the clock to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. 
  • Please note that this is a guide, each order is processed as quickly as possible. Please take this into account when ordering at peak times.

PERSONALISED PRE ORDERS

  • Personalised garments that are PRE ORDER will be dispatched during the full week of the date stated on the product. Each pre order item will state 'this order will be dispatched week commencing *date*. This means that we will be dispatching this batch of pre orders during the whole week, please do not expect a dispatch email on the first day of this week as this may not be the case. We are working 7 days a week to fulfil orders! 
  • Please note that this is a guide, each order is processed as quickly as possible. Please take this into account when ordering at peak times.

Any orders containing a mix of in stock & pre order items, will be dispatched together once pre order items are in stock.

Any orders containing a mix of items with different pre order dates, will be dispatched on the date of the latest pre order arrival.

If you need in stock items quicker than the estimated pre order arrival date, please place two sepperate orders. 

 

NON PERSONALISED IN STOCK ORDERS

  • Non personalised garments are dispatched after approximately 5 working days.
  • Please note that this is a guide, each order is processed as quickly as possible. Please take this into account when ordering at peak times.

Our delivery service

  • All orders are processed Monday – Friday and are sent via DPD courier delivery service and DHL express (international).
  • All parcels are fully trackable and will receive a one hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
  • Taxes and duty are not included in shipments, this must be paid by the customer.


Our tracking service is able to:

  • Display the location of the drive in relation to the delivery address.
  • Show your position in the drivers overall delivery queue.
  • Tell you when the driver is just 15 minutes away.
  • Give you the option to reschedule the delivery, leave goods with a neighbour or in a safe place.
  • Display the parcels tracking history.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, a delivery card will be left with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an dispatch email, followed by a shipment email or SMS from our courier service, DPD Local.

RETURNS
We hope you love your order as much as we do! If you wish to make a return, please follow the steps below:
1) Please request a returns form via email at info@sleepoverclub.co.uk
2) Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order to receive an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. (Should you receive a credit note from The Sleepover Club, it will be valid for 3 months from the return date).
3) Any garments received outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer and an exchange or credit note will not be issued.
4) In order to make a successful return, the garment must be in an unworn condition and remain in its original packaging.
5) A completed returns form must accompany each return to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Personalised orders are non refundable or exchangeable and are custom made for you. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your personalised order before you purchase as your order cannot be altered once processed.

There are strictly NO RETURNS on any sale items or items purchased during promotions using discount codes.

Sale prices or promotions are not applicable to any existing orders.

Please note we do not offer free returns and returns costs will need to be paid for by the customer.

We advise that all returns are sent tracked and signed for to ensure they reach us, as we do not accept responsibility of any parcels until they have reached our HQ.
