Returns


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Personalised orders are strictly non refundable or exchangeable as they are custom made for you. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your personalised order before you purchase as your order cannot be altered once processed.

There are strictly no returns on any sale items or items purchased during promotions using discount codes. 

To complete a successful return, please follow the following instructions:

1) Please request a returns form via email at info@sleepoverclub.co.uk

2) Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order to receive an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. (Should you receive a credit note from The Sleepover Club, it will be valid for 6 months from the return date). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.

3) Any garments received outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer and an exchange or credit note will not be issued.  

4) In order to make a successful return, the garment must be in an unworn condition and remain in its original packaging. 

5) A completed returns form must accompany each return to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sleepoverclub.co.uk


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
